About Cristy Chory:

Cristy is a performer, educator, and proud theater nerd with 20 years of experience teaching children and young adults. She holds a BMus in Vocal Music Performance from NYU and an MA in Theatre from Villanova University, where she is currently the Education Dramaturgy Consultant for Villanova Theatre. Cristy has worked extensively in arts education and equity spaces and currently teaches at UArts and Lehigh University. She founded Crescendo Coaching to empower aspiring performers through high-quality, inclusive, personalized performing arts training. She is excited to bring her experience and expertise to the Barley Sheaf community by sponsoring the masterclass series to help our young aspiring actors unleash their potential.
